Michael Drummond, Living Landscapes
Volunteering Officer says, "August is a traditional holiday month,
but maybe you would rather stay close to home whilst everywhere
else is getting horrendously busy. Our nature reserves are havens
of peace at all times of year, but their very special qualities are
only achieved as a result of a great deal of work and careful
management - and that means the involvement of volunteers, like
yourself. We are always pleased to welcome new and well-established
volunteers on our work parties; why not give us a call?"
